THE FIRST BOOK I BOUGHT FROM THE BOOKMOBILE WITH MY OWN MONEY

Found a copy a few years ago and I think its time to pass it forward. It wasn't long before I was buying copies of H. G. Wells books at the Bookmobile, just a school bus with shelves, but this perked me up, I assume, because I had been reading the Hardy Boys mysteries. I had been keeping my eyes open every time I'd gone to a thrift shop or Salvation Army, and I found my copy at the former.
